DuraCore Super brings additional insulation horsepower with a full two inches of high-efficiency polyiso insulation. The polycarbonate twinwall base is higher density, giving the Super more than double the strength, plenty to handle dogs, snow, or even a lounge chair. Of course, it’s all inside our tough, breathable fabric skin exterior.

Recyclable
Many spa covers claim to be recyclable, but in truth, no one wants a waterlogged slab of styrofoam covered with worn out vinyl. But the DuraCore Super (steel, polyester, polypropylene, and polycarbonate) is 90% recyclable, even at the end of life of the cover

Cover Features

High strength comes from an underlayer high-grade twinwall polycarbonate that stays strong year after year. A full two inches of commercial-grade polyisocyanurate insulation provides almost twice the insulation value per inch, all at lower weight. And the our high-tech plastic foam layer on top provides extreme cushioning against shocks, bumps, even hail, and comes right back to shape.

Our fabric is more than just beautiful and long-lasting. It’s 100% water resistant and fully breathable, which prevents water buildup in the core of your cover, keeping it light and insulating for the life of your spa.

Buckles, straps, and handles are not afterthoughts. if your cover is going to last as long as your spa, you’ll want to get every detail right. We use only high-strength center-release buckles that are easy to unlatch, and of course we have full ASTM F1346 compliance as a safety cover.
