Essential Responsibilities:
• Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms.
• Maintain a neat and orderly janitor’s room; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Empty trash receptacles

Job Specifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Designer

Essential Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, drafting standards, internal policies, and design guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and with teams on multiple projects with accelerated schedules.
• Pull prints, work from marked up prints, sketches, and verbal instructions to produce
• Assists with new hire orientation for all employees.
• Data entry of pool cover plots, converting plots to patterns checking the patterns adding customizations, and convert to DXF.
• Inspecting and drawing templates from existing covers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CAD experience is required.
• Experience working with Fusion 360, Rhino 3D, and SolidWorks is a plus.
• Excellent analytic skills with proven experience meeting deadlines while adapting to changes in the work environment.
• Ability to speak to dealers and sales to answer any questions that have arisen or related to the design of a custom product.
• Candidates are required to pass a pre-employment math test.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English.

Human Resource Assistant

Essential Responsibilities:
• Answers routine questions from employees about various HR-related topic.
• Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained and updated.
• Assists with new hire orientation for all employees.
• Maintains confidentiality of all exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
• Completes miscellaneous research, reports, and memos as requested.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Business or HR preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible administrative experience preferably in a Human Resources environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) the Internet.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Production Manager

Essential Responsibilities:
• Organizes, directs, and oversees the schedules and work of front-line employees.
• Executes an efficient flow of product progression during the manufacturing process.
• Collects, evaluates, analyzes, and assesses production data.
• Regularly inspects and evaluates products for quality and defects.
• Identifies and corrects problems and inefficiencies in process, materials, equipment, or skills.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices including those related to safety and health.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:
• Associate’s degree in related field, or equivalent industry work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• At least three years of supervisory experience highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Supervisor Trainee, Production

Essential Responsibilities:
• Helps to oversee the daily workflow of the production floor.
• Assists with the most efficient flow of product progression during the manufacturing process.
• Assigns employees to various tasks as needed to maximize production output.
• Ensures high quality products are produced throughout all stages of production.
• Acts as liaison between departments to identify and address inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Assists with timekeeping and daily data entry pertaining to production reports.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• At least two years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English.
