Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Solutions Manager to join our team and lead our customer service department to new heights. This is an on site position. Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

Customer Solutions Representative

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Designer

Essential Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, drafting standards, internal policies, and design guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and with teams on multiple projects with accelerated schedules.
• Pull prints, work from marked up prints, sketches, and verbal instructions to produce
• Assists with new hire orientation for all employees.
• Data entry of pool cover plots, converting plots to patterns checking the patterns adding customizations, and convert to DXF.

• CAD experience is required.

Maintenance Technician

Essential Responsibilities:
• Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services.
• Install light bulbs, doors, cabinets, paneling, carpet, and bulletin boards.
• Maintain, trouble shoot, and repair sewing machines, sealing machines, and cutters.
• Paint interior and exterior walls and cabinets; hang wallpaper and pictures; assemble furniture.
